Mobility Fee: € 0.50 per Day
What future services for guests are included? All public transport within the Salzburg Transport Association's fare network will be guaranteed for all registered overnight guests with the introduction of the mobility fee. The free use also includes ÖBB long-distance transport, micro public transport services, and the use of cross-border bus lines ordered by the SVV. If you need the ticket before your arrival, please contact me in good time.

Cancellation Policy

  1. No cancellation fee up to 2 months before the agreed arrival date
  2. From 2 months before the agreed arrival date or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
  3. In case of late arrival, no-show of individual persons, or early departure, the full price will be charged at 100%
  4. We therefore recommend taking out a hotel travel cancellation and/or interruption insurance policy with your insurance provider
  5. Furthermore, we work with the European Hotel Cancellation Insurance, where you can directly take out an affordable insurance policy in case of travel cancellations.
