All public transport within the Salzburg Transport Association's fare network will be guaranteed for all registered overnight guests with the introduction of the mobility fee. - 70% of the total price up to 2 months before the agreed arrival date
- 100% of the total price up to 1 month before the agreed arrival date or in case of no-show
- In case of late arrival, no-show of individual persons, or early departure, the full price will be charged at 100%
- We therefore recommend that you take out hotel cancellation or interruption insurance with your insurance provider
- Furthermore, we work with Europäische Hotelstorno-Versicherung, where you can directly take out cost-effective insurance for travel cancellations.
